Enabling and disabling audit events
You can enable and disable your audit event as needed.
Steps 
1.
From the Home tab, double-click the appropriate storage system to display a subtree of management features.
2.
Under the selected host storage system, click Configuration > Protocols > CIFS.
3.
If the appropriate tab is not displayed, click Configuration.
4.
In the Auditing pane, click Edit to display the Edit Auditing dialog box.
5.
Select the check box next to the type of auditing you want to enable; ensure the check box is not selected to disable auditing.
6.
Click OK to save your changes.
